Originated from Ungaran, Semarang, Central Java, CV Laksana is Indonesia’s renown bus bodywork that assemble many bus bodies. Releasing their first product in 1977, namely Mitsubishi T-120 minivan which was the beginning of this company to grow. Production capacity of Laksana is 1500 buses every year. Laksana has been able to penetrate the non-traditional market such as Fiji and Bangladesh for bus bodyworks.
On February 2021, the company exported eight Scania chassis Legacy SR2 Double Decker bus to Bangladesh. Laksana is highly intensive monitor the public behavior in their export market destination to develop adjust their needs into their new product. Currently, Laksana is designing new bus prototype to enter Thailand market.
In accordance with commitment, Laksana have received several certifications: ISO 9001-2008 for Quality Management System, ISO 14004-2004 for Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001 for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems-Requirements, and also a Mercedes Benz certification for Bus Body Building on the basis of Mercedes-Benz Bus Chassis OH 1518 EIII (2009) and OH 1526 EIII (2010).
